• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Handled by trusty steeds DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered by EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping

Shipping Restrictions

We don’t ship to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. If your ranch is in one of these areas, we’ll let you know faster than a rattlesnake’s strike.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Weekend/holiday orders get processed the next business day.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn’t fit right, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”

Return Policy

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached
• Non-returnable items: Infant and Toddler category items (due to hygiene reasons)

Return Process

2. We’ll provide return authorization

4. Customer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake

Refunds

• Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive returns
• Issued to original payment method
• Shipping costs non-refundable (unless our fault)

While we aim to be more reliable than a trusty steed, Western Kidz Sales isn’t liable for:

• Minor color variations due to monitor differences
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
