Howdy Partner! At Western Kidz Sales, we want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with new boots. If something ain’t quite right with your order, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!”
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In the same condition as when you received ’em
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on infant clothing (found under our “Infant” and “Toddler” categories). All other items in our corral are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
Follow these steps smoother than a well-oiled saddle:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a holler at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to do (return or exchange).
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply faster than a jackrabbit with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package It Up: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our corral at: Western Kidz Sales Returns

Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake (then we’ll cover it faster than a cowboy covers a campfire). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship your new item back to you.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault)
- You’ll see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchange Information
Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem! We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
